Recently, the National Center for Clinical Laboratories (NCCL) of the National Health Commission officially released the "2025 Inter-Laboratory Quality Evaluation Survey Report on Oxidized Low-density Lipoprotein" (No. : NCCL-C-XX-2025). A total of 80 laboratories across the country participated in this survey, covering medical institutions at all levels and independent laboratories. The aim was to evaluate the accuracy and consistency of each laboratory in the detection of oxidized low-density lipoprotein, providing a reliable basis for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

The report shows that in this external quality assessment, the oxidized low-density lipoprotein detection products provided by Jinci Biology performed outstandingly and became the reagent brand with the highest market coverage. Among them, the immunoturbidimetric method was adopted by 51 laboratories, accounting for 64.56%. Magnetic particle immunochromatography (POCT) was selected by 16 laboratories, accounting for 20.25%. Quality assessment samples of different concentrations (batch numbers: In the detections of 202511, 202512, and 202513, the coefficient of variation (CV) of the immunoturbidimetric method was controlled between 6.19% and 12.75%, while that of the magnetic particle immunochromatography method ranged from 5.50% to 7.20%. Moreover, the mean value of the detections was close to the median (target value), indicating that the data distribution was concentrated and the deviation was small. It demonstrates excellent precision and accuracy, providing solid technical support for clinical cardiovascular risk assessment.
