【 Clinical Background 】 : Heart-type fatty acid binding protein is a new type of cytoplasmic protein that is abundant in the heart. H-FABP has a high degree of cardiac specificity. In the early stage of acute myocardial infarction (AMI), due to the sensitivity of myocardial cells to ischemia and hypoxia, fatty acids are mobilized to provide energy, resulting in a significant increase in H-FABP within myocardial cells. Moreover, because the molecular weight of H-FABP is relatively small, it can be rapidly released into the bloodstream. Therefore, it can be used as an auxiliary diagnosis for acute myocardial infarction.
【 Applicable Instrument 】 : Magnetic quantitative immunoassay analyzer
