Real-Time RT-PCR assays for the detection of SARS-CoV-2
This document describes the use of real-time RT-PCR (rRT-PCR) assays for the in vitro qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 in nasopharyngeal swab and sputum. The primer and probe sets are designed for specific detection of N and Orf1ab gene of SARS-CoV-2.
